The Qualtrics Research Suite is a survey software available to all faculty, staff and students at the College of Charleston, to fulfill a variety of research needs. Qualtrics can be used to build surveys, distribute surveys, and analyze responses, all within the Qualtrics Research Suite.

To establish a new Qualtrics account

Step 1: Login to the College of Charleston's Qualtrics webpage using your College of Charleston Cougars username and password.

Step 2: YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS FOR THIS PART. Complete the online Qualtrics Account Activation Form to have your Qualtrics account activated.

Qualtrics FAQs

1.How long will it take to get my Qualtrics account activated once I submit my application?

  • It usually takes one or two days for your application to be reflected in the system.  If your account is not activated one week after application, contact Xiushan Jiang at jiangx@cofc.edu.

2. What should I do if my account is expired?

  • Students' account is active for a year.  If you find the account inactive, contact Xiushan Jiang at jiangx@cofc.edu.

3. What types of technical assistance does the Office for Institutional Effectiveness offer to students, staff and faculty?
